Welcome to Tapestry By Design. This Membership Agreement outlines the terms and expectations for participation in this online community. By joining, purchasing, or participating in this community, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of the Community

Tapestry By Design is an online community created to support women through coaching, creative experiences, and community. The content, conversations, resources, and experiences shared inside the community are intended for personal growth, reflection, encouragement, leadership development, resilience, and self-care.

2. Membership Access

Your membership gives you access to the community content and offerings included in your selected plan at the time of enrollment. This may include, but is not limited to:

- community discussions

- monthly themes or reflections

- digital resources

- live or recorded sessions

- workshops, prompts, or guided experiences

- other member-only content

Tapestry By Design reserves the right to update, improve, change, or remove content, features, or offerings at any time in order to best serve the community.

3. Payment and Billing

If you are joining a paid membership:

- Your membership fee is due at the time of purchase.

- If the membership is recurring, you authorize automatic recurring payments based on the billing cycle selected at checkout.

- Your membership will continue until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

- You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method up to date.

If a payment cannot be processed, access to the membership may be paused or removed until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing:

- Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period.

- If you cancel, you will continue to have access through the end of the current paid term, unless access is removed for violation of this agreement.

5. Refund Policy

Because this membership includes immediate access to digital content, community materials, and/or live support, all payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If Tapestry By Design offers a promotional refund period or special exception, that will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Community Expectations

By participating in this community, you agree to engage in a respectful, supportive, and appropriate manner.

You agree that you will not:

- harass, bully, or intimidate other members

- use hateful, discriminatory, or abusive language

- spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services without permission

- share confidential or private information belonging to another member

- copy, download, distribute, or resell community materials without written permission

- disrupt the community environment or interfere with the experience of others

Tapestry By Design is intended to be a supportive space. We reserve the right to remove any member, content, comment, or post that is harmful, inappropriate, disrespectful, or misaligned with the values of the community.

7. Member Responsibility

You understand that your participation in this community is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results.

You also understand that:

- results are not guaranteed

- your growth and progress depend on your own participation and circumstances

- the community is designed to support and encourage, not to promise specific personal, professional, financial, or emotional outcomes

8. Educational Purpose Only

The content shared through Tapestry By Design is for educational, informational, and inspirational purposes only.

Nothing inside this community is intended to serve as:

- therapy

- mental health counseling

- medical advice

- legal advice

- financial advice

- clinical treatment

- crisis support

Participation in this community does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, medical provider-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

9. Faith and Personal Reflection Content

Some content within Tapestry By Design may include reflection-based, leadership, wellness, and faith-rooted encouragement. Members are expected to engage respectfully, even when experiences, beliefs, or backgrounds differ.

Tapestry By Design reserves the right to shape content in alignment with its mission, values, and community purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

All community materials, including but not limited to:

- workbooks

- journal prompts

- videos

- trainings

- graphics

- downloads

- lesson materials

- written content

- community resources

are the intellectual property of Tapestry By Design unless otherwise stated.

When you join this community, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, copy, teach from, publish, or sell any materials without prior written permission.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy

We value a respectful and trustworthy space. Members are encouraged to honor the privacy of others and keep personal stories shared in the community confidential.

However, Tapestry By Design cannot guarantee that all members will maintain confidentiality. By joining, you understand that anything you choose to share in a group setting is shared at your own discretion and risk.

Please use wisdom when sharing sensitive personal information.

12. Technology and Access

Tapestry By Design is not responsible for temporary interruptions in access caused by:

- platform outages

- internet issues

- software errors

- third-party service disruptions

- maintenance or technical problems

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access and restore service as needed, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

13. Termination of Access

Tapestry By Design reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the community, without refund, if you:

- violate this agreement

- engage in harmful or disruptive behavior

- misuse community content

- fail to make payment

- act in a way that compromises the safety, integrity, or purpose of the community

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapestry By Design and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in the community, your use of its materials, or your inability to access the platform.

Your use of this community is voluntary and at your own risk.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Tapestry By Design makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, transformations, business success, emotional results, leadership advancement, or personal growth. Testimonials or examples shared by others are not promises of what you will experience.

16. Changes to This Agreement

Tapestry By Design may update this Membership Agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the community after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
