Dr. Peggy Strange is a powerhouse educator, executive coach, and leadership trainer, empowering others to lead with authenticity and purpose.
With over thirty years in education, Peggy holds a Master of Elementary Education, a Master of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), and a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership. Having begun speaking and leading workshops during college, her professional journey has taken her across the United States and to global destinations. She joined the Maxwell Leadership Team in 2011 as a speaker, trainer, and coach to advance her personal growth as a leader. Her utmost priorities are to add value to others and help them identify their own value. As John C. Maxwell stated, “Once you taste significance, success will never satisfy.”
