Joy Cobert believes confidence isn't something you're born with—it's something you build one brave decision at a time. After choosing to stay home to raise her children, Joy didn't begin her professional career until her mid-30s. In 2011, she stepped into real estate, proving that it is never too late to pursue a calling. Following a successful career as a REALTOR®, she embraced another leap of faith in 2024 by becoming a Mortgage Advisor, blending her passion for serving others with her deep knowledge of the home-buying journey.
Today, Joy inspires women to stop waiting until they feel "ready" and start trusting that courage comes first. Through authentic storytelling and practical encouragement, she equips leaders to silence self-doubt, embrace growth, and step boldly into the women they were created to be.
