For much of her life, Jovon Richardson believed success meant working harder and accomplishing more. After building a successful career, navigating single motherhood, experiencing seasons of both growth and disappointment, and finding love later in life, she came to understand that the greatest transformations don’t happen by accident—they are cultivated through honest reflection, a commitment to growth, and taking intentional action.
Today, Jovon is a Firm Administrator, Leadership & Operations Advisor with Enrich Your Leadership, consultant, and speaker. Drawing from more than two decades of leadership experience, she helps leaders address the root causes that keep them stuck.
