THE HEART WORK LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

Felicia Sullivan-Riordan serves as a physical therapist assistant and community publisher dedicated to helping individuals find, claim, and use their authentic voice to heal, connect, and inspire.
Felicia Sullivan-Riordan knows firsthand that finding your voice looks different depending on where you stand. By day, she works as a full-time home health PTA in the Shreveport-Bossier City area, helping patients rebuild physical strength and regain independence—one home visit at a time.
Outside of patient care, Felicia is the founder of On the Bright Side (OTBS), a community-focused publication and events company that gives her local region a voice through a widely read weekly newsletter and signature annual events like Passport to the North Pole. Whether she is guiding a patient through recovery or bringing a community together through storytelling, Felicia’s core philosophy remains the same: words and voice have the power to heal, connect, and uplift. She is deeply passionate about empowering others to discover, honor, and use theirs.
