Rest Is a Leadership Discipline, Not a Reward:

Sustainable leadership requires intentional recovery to protect our clarity, creativity, decision-making, and capacity to serve others well.

Renewal Requires More Than Stopping—It Requires Replenishing:

True renewal means actively identifying and engaging in practices that restore us spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, relationally, and physically.

You Cannot Sustain HeartWork With an Empty Heart:

Rest is not stepping away from your purpose; rest is the essential practice that allows you to return to your purpose whole.
